Beckhoff KL5151 Bus Terminal. It is a one-channel incremental encoder interface.
The terminal is designed to connect a 24 V incremental encoder (24 V HTL).
It features a 32-bit counter with a quadrature decoder and a 32-bit latch for the zero pulse.
The KL5151 can also be used as an up/down counter.
The terminal provides the 24 V power supply directly to the encoder through its connection points.
