TOHO TTM-004 Digital Temperature Controller. It is a compact, 1/16 DIN-style controller with advanced features for regulating temperature. It features a dual-color LED display with four digits for both the Process Value (PV) and Set Value (SV). The controller supports various sensor inputs, including multiple thermocouple types (K, J, T, R, N, S, B) and RTDs (Pt100, JPt100).
